Gloria Stephens

Dear members and friends,

We join together in the pain of loss and the closeness of friendship in remembering a great lady, Gloria Stephens. Gloria’s loss leaves a pain in our hearts and a hole in our active circle of friendship. She has not been able to be an active part of our TICA family on a personal basis for several years, due to a back problem and more recently an injury. However, Gloria initiated and built the TICA web site and maintained it until the last year. Gloria was named a TICA Legend, Life Member, long time Judging Administrator, Judge, Author, Teacher, Genetics Committee Member, Artist, Computer Whiz, Manager of a Rock Band, Mother, Lover of Cats, traveler, but most of all a friend and an important part of the TICA family. It was an honor to have known Gloria and been part of her big circle of friends. It is unfortunate that some of our newer members did not have the pleasure of meeting this fine lady. I invite you to take out one of her beautiful and educational books and just spend some time enjoying the memories of a great lady, and reviewing her contribution the cat world.

Gloria, the cat fancy will miss you but we know you will be waiting just over the Rainbow Bridge
